On Saturday, 13 December 2025, the Narranauts are hosting a cosy mini game jam: candlelight, soft music, the smell of cookies โ and everywhere, little playable stories are being created. Candlelight Chronicles clearly focuses on storytelling in and with games: worlds are built, voices are found, dialogues are written, and stories are told using mechanics.

At a game jam, you develop a prototype (alone or in a team) in a short period of time โ either digitally or analogously. It’s not about perfection, but about ideas, experimentation, a desire to learn and having fun. We start by drawing the theme, briefly explain how it works, get to work and then show what we’ve created at the end.
