MDM provides over €6 million in funding for film and media projects
The Central German Media Fund is supporting 49 projects, including 7 games and 2 XR projects from Saxony, with a total of €454,000 in funding.
At its third meeting in 2025 on 22 October, the Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung (MDM) funding committee awarded grants totalling €6,030,500 to a total of 49 projects. This includes several companies from the games and XR industry. This is a very positive development for us, as the games and XR industry in Saxony alone will receive €454,000 in support.
